The Architect Behind the Studio
Talent Management Executive. Business Strategist. Practitioner. The person who has sat on both sides of the table — and built a studio to change the game.
Dani Wilson is a Talent Management Executive, Business Strategist, Practitioner, and Consultant — and an ICF Certified Executive Leadership and Career Coach — with over 13 years of progressive experience architecting leadership pipelines at some of America's most respected Fortune 500 organizations.
She has sat in the boardroom, reviewed thousands of resumes, designed the systems that determine who gets promoted — and who doesn't. She has built and implemented developmental programs for employees at all levels, from emerging talent to senior leadership, creating measurable impact at every stage of the career continuum. She founded The Talent Studio to bring that insider knowledge directly to the professionals who need it most: the brilliant, capable, high-potential leaders who deserve more than they've been given.
A proud Hampton University alumna — earning both her undergraduate degree and MBA — Dani is currently completing her Master's in Industrial-Organizational Psychology at Harvard University, bringing academic rigor and evidence-based methodology to every client engagement.
Dani's expertise wasn't developed in a classroom — it was forged leading talent strategy for organizations managing thousands of employees, billions in assets, and leaders at every level.
I've watched exceptional people get passed over. I've seen brilliant professionals stay stuck because they couldn't articulate their own value — not because they lacked it. I've been in the rooms where hiring decisions are made, and I know what it takes to be seen.
The Talent Studio exists because talent alone is not enough. Strategy is the difference between potential and actualization. Between where you are and where you deserve to be.
